📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 operations staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Oversee daily operations including order processing, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
• Utilize tools like Shopify, QuickBooks, and Trello to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure seamless customer experience.
