You'll manage ticket sales, operate the concession stand, and assist with any other tasks that may arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage ticket sales and concessions at the cinema
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Operate and maintain cinema equipment, including projectors and sound systems
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests
- Work efficiently during peak hours and busy periods
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and cinema policies
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a cinema or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cinema equipment and operations
- Familiarity with using ticketing and POS systems
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 kg
- Passionate about cinema and customer service
