As a Pastry Commis, you'll work closely with our head pastry chef to prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and bread products for our resort's restaurants and lounges. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head pastry chef in preparing a wide range of pastries, desserts, and bread products
• Learn and master pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and portioning
• Ensure high-quality standards are met in all food preparations
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Assist with inventory management and food cost control
• Participate in daily cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pastry or baking role
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
