In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies that will increase our online sales and customer engagement. You will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly. You will also be involved in the day-to-day operations of our online store, from inventory management to order processing and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform using Shopify or similar tools.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring our online store is well-stocked and up-to-date.
• Process and fulfill orders, working closely with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage online advertising campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce and online administration.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management software like TradeGecko or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Bali's e-commerce market and customer preferences is a plus.
