As an Associate, Data Quality, your daily tasks will include monitoring data sources, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and implementing data quality standards and best practices. You will work closely with data analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our data is clean, accurate, and reliable. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze data sources to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
• Develop and implement data quality standards, processes, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across our brands and platforms
• Utilize data quality tools such as Talend, Informatica, or similar to automate and streamline data quality processes
• Conduct regular data quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Provide data quality training and support to internal teams and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data quality
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data quality framework and processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in data quality, data governance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of data quality concepts, principles, and best practices
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
• Experience with data quality tools such as Talend, Informatica, or similar
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
