📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the assembly of products using state-of-the-art machinery and tools, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on assembly equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and quality control measures.
• Document assembly processes and record production data using digital systems and software.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and new hires on assembly procedures and safety guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new assembly processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics, to support overall production goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of assembly processes, machinery, and tools.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD is a plus.
