📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement of indirect goods and services, including office supplies, IT equipment, and facilities management.
• Develop and maintain strategic procurement plans to support the company's operational needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
• Monitor and analyze procurement spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Leverage procurement software such as SAP Ariba and Oracle Procurement to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, with a strong background in the aviation and logistics sector.
• Proven track record of managing procurement processes, supplier relationships, and cost savings initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or similar tools.
• Certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
