📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, including housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage staff.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experiences.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Siriuss, or similar.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
