📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, payments, and receipts
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes
• Maintain and update financial records and reports using QuickBooks
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Support the administrative team with office management tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of company records and documents
• Provide administrative support to the finance and operations teams as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
