📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury residential properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Manage resident relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor and manage property finances, including rent collection and budgeting.
• Implement and enforce community rules and regulations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the residential communities and attract new residents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on luxury residential properties.
• Proven track record of managing high-end residential communities.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance, resident relations, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, BuildingIQ, or similar.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for property inspections and meetings.
