📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities based on guests' interests and preferences.
• Manage and coordinate reservations for restaurants, tours, and other services, ensuring a seamless booking process.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including providing information about the property and local amenities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
• Promote and uphold the company's values and standards of hospitality.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards and guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of Bali's culture, history, and local attractions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
• Proficiency in using reservation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Valid ID and the ability to work legally in Indonesia.
