In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly and annual financial reports, and ensuring timely billing and invoicing for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and billing.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or similar) is a plus.
