Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of the students.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and achieve their full potential.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices to continuously enhance teaching methods and strategies.,Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and staff to ensure a well-rounded and comprehensive educational experience for students.,Participate in school events, activities, and community outreach programs to promote the school's mission and values.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum and teaching standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and effectively manage time and resources.,Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed and reach their full potential.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English language proficiency is a plus.
