Provide high-quality corporate services to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency,Coordinate and manage corporate events, including planning, logistics, and execution,Maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness,Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures,Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate services,Represent Accolade IP at client meetings and events, fostering strong relationships🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Services, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate services, preferably in a multinational or international environment,Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and meeting or exceeding service level agreements,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with corporate event planning and management is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment🛠️ Keahlian
