Sales Supervisor

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Set and track sales targets, ensuring that they are met or exceeded.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and new business development.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Train and develop sales staff to improve performance and productivity.
• Ensure that sales processes and procedures are followed and that all sales activities are compliant with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
