Apotek Sari Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to create a positive dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time position located in Klaten, with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 9.000.000 to Rp 17.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Experience in marketing and customer relations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
