📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the sales counter, ensuring it is well-organized and stocked with the latest products.,Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and purchasing, providing accurate and helpful information.,Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and special offers.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.,Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the sales counter, fostering customer loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to work remote with occasional on-site requirements.,Valid Indonesian ID card and work permit (if applicable).
