📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology.
