📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.,Ensure that all nursing staff adhere to the hospital's policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.,Monitor patient care quality and implement improvements as needed.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the nursing department.,Participate in staff development and training programs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
