Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Providing technical guidance and training to junior technicians, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.,Conducting and supervising laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and meets all safety standards.,Developing and implementing quality control procedures, ensuring that all laboratory operations are conducted in accordance with best practices.,Collaborating with other members of the team, including scientists and researchers, to support their work and ensure that all laboratory operations are aligned with their needs.,Ensuring that all laboratory operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, minimizing the risk of accidents and injuries.,Monitoring and reporting on laboratory performance, providing regular updates to management on the status of laboratory operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as laboratory science, chemistry, or biology.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,A commitment to quality control and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that all laboratory operations are conducted to the highest standards.,A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations as required.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,A clean criminal record and the ability to obtain a security clearance, if required.
