📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, planning, and construction of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.,Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil engineering.,Prepare and submit project reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.,Participate in project meetings and provide input and feedback to the project team and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management.,Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using civil engineering software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
