PT Ratu Anggrek is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Participate in financial audits and inspections as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
