📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor food costs and suggest cost-saving measures.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to kitchen policies and procedures.,Assist in the development of the restaurant's marketing and promotional strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and ensuring food safety.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Must be able to speak Indonesian fluently.
