• Manage and coordinate server, network, and collaboration services to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, networks, and collaboration tools.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure, such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Proficient in using tools and software such as VMware, Microsoft System Center, and Nagios.
