📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product growth and market expansion.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to retailers.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met.
• Provide training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and healthcare providers.
• Participate in trade shows and promotional events to showcase our products and increase brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the OTC sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using sales management software such as Salesforce or similar.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel extensively to meet sales targets and visit retailers.
