PT Mega Bintang is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Field Sales Representative to join our team in Dili. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company and to contribute to our success. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers in the region. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to achieve our sales targets and to build strong relationships with our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell our products to potential customers in the region.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events as required.,Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve our sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or a related role.,Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetun is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
