📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute engaging mini-activities and events for pet owners.
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, and community partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Develop and implement event strategies that align with the company's mission and goals.
• Manage event budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
• Promote events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and partners.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
