In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents, manuals, and guides for our products and services. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our technical content is accurate, clear, and user-friendly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documents, manuals, and guides for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that our technical content is accurate and up-to-date,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product brochures, whitepapers, and other promotional materials,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Develop and implement technical writing best practices and guidelines,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the food and beverage industry,Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
