📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit with the company culture and job requirements.,Collaborate with the HR team to manage the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.,Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing recruitment budgets and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role in the HR field.,Proven experience in recruiting for real estate or related industries is a plus.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with ATS and other HR software is a plus.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
