📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise a team of staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal product availability.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to achieve overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
