Salon Gilang Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Deputy HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR team in managing employee relations, recruitment, and other HR-related activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.,Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing HR documents.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR-related role, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
