BOLT Group is seeking a dedicated Deputy Demi Chef to join our team in Jambi. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining high standards of food quality.

As a Deputy Demi Chef, you will work closely with the Demi Chef to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring they meet our high standards of taste and presentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting the Demi Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.
• Ensuring all dishes are cooked to the correct temperature and served at the right time.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Assisting with the daily cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen.
• Stocking and managing kitchen supplies.
• Assisting with the preparation of special dishes for events and promotions.
• Ensuring all dishes are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.
• Assisting with the training and development of junior kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
