📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve targets.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project execution.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.,Report to senior management on departmental performance and progress.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of HR management and employee relations is a plus.
