📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staffing.,Manage and mentor a team of stylists and other staff to ensure high-quality services.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and salon policies.,Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.,Maintain a clean and professional salon environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Train new staff and provide ongoing professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in salon management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving salon success.,Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using salon management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian beauty and wellness culture is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Beauty Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
