Rejeki Dewi Spareparts is seeking a dedicated Assistant Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring high-quality food service. This is a full-time position located in Tenggarong, offering a competitive salary of Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Prepare and stock ingredients, and manage inventory.,Assist in food presentation and plating.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
