Teach Chinese language and culture to students in a fun and engaging manner,Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of students,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey,Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students,Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning process,Organize and facilitate cultural activities and events to deepen students' understanding of Chinese traditions and customs,Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin preferred),Bachelor's degree in Education, Chinese Language, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in Chinese language,Experience working with young learners and fostering a positive learning environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic team environment,Passion for Chinese culture and a desire to share it with others,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification
