📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of retail stores, including cleaning, repairs, and renovations,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards,Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and renovations,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures,Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical,Train and supervise maintenance staff,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail facilities management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Experience with property management software is a plus
