In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing banquet events, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly from start to finish. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, seating arrangements, and decor.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of event supplies and services.,Manage the banquet staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring high levels of customer service.,Oversee the budget for banquet events, ensuring that all expenses are within the allocated budget.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all banquet events meet or exceed guest expectations.,Assist in the development and implementation of banquet policies and procedures.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during banquet events.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet clients and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or event planning.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event planning software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and banquet etiquette is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
