📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring all details are covered.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Manage the banquet hall, including setting up and cleaning after events.,Prepare and serve food and beverages during events, ensuring high quality and presentation.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies.,Collaborate with the management team to improve banquet services and guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event management software is an advantage.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
